somewhat.. after looking at lots of rooms and hotels today. planning accomodations for convo week (as i have dubbed it) anyways.. we are currently booked into mounts bay apartments. just a word of caution for those who wanna visit perth and wld like to stay in a serviced apartment instead of hotels. booking online and booking thru phone have 2 very (and i mean very) different rates. online booking will give u a LOW LOW LOW rate of $165 per night and booking thru phone will give u an EVEN LOWER rate of $221 per night. which nobody BOTHERED telling me abt the disparity in price when i called them! argh!!! i had almost forgotten what shit they can throw at u in aussie land. ALMOST!!! and so today.. i'm kindly reminded once again why i wld rather breathe in polluted air and suffer from sinus day after day, night after night.

anyways... i'm pretty excited on going back to perth... ahahah ohhh the weather.. and the lack of humidity. applying for some job on national heritage board... yay somewhere i wanna work man. researcher, educator whtever lah.. i just wanna work there.. so relevant to my degree. hopefully they will employ me. *crosses fingers* but anyways... got a job.. part time job. some may call it pulling strings (like mr prink) but i feel that it's cos the dad is in high regard by the boss.. hence the daughter gets a job for pocket money. it may not make sense now but mr prink know exactly what i'm talking abt. to find out who mr prink is... kindly look for the most tortoise looking person ard. talking to mr prink now.. toodles.
